Your appearance: smokers have unhealthy, grey skin color, they are wrinkled younger, their heir becomes ugly and unhealthy; their nails and fingers are always yellow; smokers’ breath is just terrible; your clothes smell like an ashtray; your apartment smells like ashtray. No matter if you are a man or a woman, your appearance is important and smoking cessation will only help you to improve it.

Social reasons: nowadays most of the public places are prohibited for smokers, including restaurants, bars and coffee shops; you may be refused a rental just because you are a smoker; you may be refused a job just because you are a smoker; most people do not enjoy the company of smokers. If you admit to damage your health and spoil your appearance, ok. However, is smoking worthy enough to let it ruining your social life?

Financial reasons: believe it or not you are spending a fortune for your slow suicide. Calculate how much money you have spent on cigarettes over the last year. The figure might amaze you. Why spending these money for health damage when you can spend them for a wonderful vacation or something else self-indulging.
